Welcome to Wizalgo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wizalgo website, applications, APIs, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Wizalgo (“Wizalgo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account; and
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Wizalgo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and use the content solely for:

  • Operating and improving the Services;
  • Providing requested functionality;
  • Security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes; and
  • Training and improving machine learning systems only where permitted by applicable law and your account settings.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content;
  • Your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and
  • Your User Content does not contain unlawful or harmful material.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Services may generate algorithmic insights, analytics, signals, simulations, models, reports, or outputs using artificial intelligence systems and proprietary computational technologies (“Output”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Output may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unsuitable for trading, investment, or financial decision-making purposes;
  • AI-generated content should be independently reviewed before reliance;
  • Wizalgo does not guarantee uniqueness or exclusivity of Output;
  • Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

Wizalgo does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or brokerage advice. The Services and all Output are provided for informational and technological purposes only.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any Output generated through the Services, including any trading or investment decisions based on such Output.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, branding, algorithms, interfaces, content, and technology, are owned by or licensed to Wizalgo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services;
  • Remove proprietary notices;
  • Use Wizalgo branding without prior written permission.

“Wizalgo” and related names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Wizalgo.

8. Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain Services may require payment or subscription fees.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law;
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method;
  • Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal;
  • Prices may change upon reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, software, APIs, or services.

Wizalgo is not responsible for third-party products or services and does not endorse or guarantee them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Wizalgo Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Wizalgo may collect, process, and use information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and protecting your own systems and data.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or events beyond our control.

13. Financial and Trading Disclaimer

Wizalgo is a software and technology provider.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, exchange, or fiduciary.

Nothing within the Services constitutes:

  • Investment advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Trading recommendations;
  • Portfolio management services; or
  • An offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, or financial instruments.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital.

Past performance, backtesting, simulations, algorithmic models, historical data, or hypothetical results do not guarantee future performance.

You acknowledge that:

  • Markets are volatile and unpredictable;
  • Algorithmic systems may fail or produce errors;
  • Connectivity issues, latency, exchange outages, and software defects may impact performance;
  • You assume full responsibility for all trading and investment decisions.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZALGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  • ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be secure or uninterrupted;
  • Output will be accurate or error-free;
  • Defects will be corrected.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZALGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL;
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WIZALGO’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WIZALGO IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS; OR
  • ÂŁ100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wizalgo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • We are required by law;
  • Your use creates risk or harm to Wizalgo, users, or others.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services ends immediately;
  • Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

18. Governing Law
